No, it isn't. You get Annual reviews (which means raise time) out of the 3 I have received 2 I actually got raises on. Now that wouldn't be too bad if they gave you descent raises, but they highest I have been given, as well as other who have complained, is 10-15 cents. It also relies on productivity as a 'team' which screws you in the long run. You can bust your ass everyday but working with other people who are lazy will destroy your review. On top of that they love to work you to death, and assign you extra jobs that seem like manager responsibilities. Plus, most of the other employees are not motivated at all (probably due to the low wages and low increases), so you end up having to pick up their slack too. Overall it's not a good job, and after 3 years I decided to leave.
