I don't think anticoagulants are used in rhinoplasty.

From what I learned, anticoagulants are used to prevent blood from clotting.

How would it be if the nose would continue bleeding?that's quite horrible.

and another, leeches are also coagulants,right?I haven't seen a leech yet on a newly-operated nose :)
