No! it's not legal according to the coutry rules, if you do work it will be in child labor. You should be a minimum of 14 years old to do a part time job and work 3 hours on a school day and cannot work before 7:00 A.M.,and must be at least 16 to have no restrictions on your work hours. At work as a teenager you cannot take a job that deals with motor powered vehicles, machinery or weapons of any type. But you can do one thing, you can ask your relative or someone you know who own a shop, company etc, they can keep you in their shop, company etc. If you want you can call to Toronto Sun or any other newspapers office maybe, I'm not sure, they can keep you for newspaper delivery work.
