In this question, three things are important.

One - Be honest. The interviewer will usually know if you make up a story that isn't likely to happen. Leave feelings out of the question. It is sometimes hard to relate to the story if someone else thinks and reacts differently to you.

Two - Don't exaggerate. Avoid using personal opinions, hyperbole's, and adding in extra detail that isn't relevant. The interviewer may think that you are a dishonest person, which could immediately disqualify you for the job.

Three - Always tell about a solution or a positive thing. No one likes someone who is negative in their company. By telling about a solution that was made, the interviewer may think you are a positive person, which positively directs the employees and customers of a company.

Never say that you have never had a bad work day. It could make you look inexperienced or indirect and passive.

Describe a situation where you have lead a team?

This is a typical question you will get in a job interview. You have to think of some time in your previous work where you have been the leader of a team. It might be a team of volunteers, or a team of Scouts, or a team in the workforce. Then you have to tell how you led them, that is, tell of a situation when they had to act together to achieve something, and you gave them advice, or direction, and they did the job successfully.
