Eleven year old aren't supposed to have or want a job. When you turn 13 is a better age, for now kids this age should be depending on their parents. It isn't safe for 11 year olds to be babysitters her because they haven't fully developed a sense of responsibility.

Most people don't accept job offers at 14, so try to find a person you know who owns a business like a shop or something. Other than that, wait a few more years.
