Get 2-4 papayas and blend them until they are liquid. Then take some food colouring and add 4 ounces worth of those. Blue, yellow, red, anything is acceptable. Take some regular hand soap, preferably clear, and take the coloured papaya liquid and clear hand soap, put all of it into a mixing bowl, mix it all together, and then put it into your fridge for up to 4 hours.
