Typical course include Digital Logic and Design, Mathematics such as Numerical Analysis, Differential Equations, Probability and Statistics, as well as some EE courses which include Data Acquisition and Display, Digital Signal Processing, as well as Physics Courses such as Heat and Mechanics and Electricity and Magnetism. As far as the Hardware Design courses, Computer Engineers takes several courses in System on Chip Design and Microprocessors and Controllers. In the software aspect, they take several courses in an object oriented language such as C++ or Java.
