What type of stores usually sell coffee espresso machines?

With the popularity of espresso, most major reatil chains sell some sort of espresso press. The question is what quality are you looking for. Starbucks Coffee sells good machines as well as department stores such as Sears, and Macy's. You can also find them at Target and Walmart but will likely have a lower quality machine.

Do you get more gasoline for your money if the gasoline is hot or cold when puchased?

Ahhh, a hot topic, no pun intended. Gasoline expands as it warms exactly opposite of water. So by volume, yes you get more volume, but in actual energy you get less. Confusing, yes. When oil companies sell to each other they do what is called "temperature compensation" so as not to short change each other. Basically, they adjust the gross volume to a net volume based on specific gravity and temperature. This can be done automatically or manually. The point being they are using a standard temperature of 60 degrees as a benchmark. So with that said, if an oil company feels the need and recognizes the effects of temperature shouldn't they pass that same courtesy on to the consumer? Don't hold your breath. Big oil companies fought tooth and nail to establish temperature compensation at the reatil level in Canada, because they were loosing big profits when the temperature was below 60 degrees. Remember the properties of gasoline, when it's below 60 degrees and not temperature compensated the consumer wins. So what do you think happened when people living in the southern USA said hey, we want temperature compensation? You got it, big oil fought tooth and nail against it, basically saying it wasn't warranted and would only drive up the cost of upgrading equipment. Your friendly oil company knows that everyday they sell you gasoline and it's above 60 degrees, (product temperature), they are putting extra money in their pockets. Ideally, buy cold and sell hot.
