What are some good entry level jobs for teens?

My first job was in construction working for pennys with an awfull boss. Was terrible but since that experience every other job and boss seems lik a piece of cake! Whatever it is, make sure its a job that does actually require you to work. Otherwise when you do get a job that does require you to work it will be a big shock for you!

Babysitting can be good. It may pay well & it's easy. How about a paper route?

My first job was mowing lawns. You might rake leaves, clean gutters, shovel snow off sidewalks, trim trees or sweep floors. My second job was in a horse stable cleaning stalls and exercising the horses.

If you're looking for proper employment, start small & work your way up. For instance, if you're interested in a career, start as a waiter/waitress & gain some experience with public service.

Some of the best entry level jobs for the teens are in the fast food industry and retailers like Target or Walmart. These jobs have reasonable working hours. The pay rates are attractive as well.
