One of my personal favorite chefs in Greenland is Khush Saran. She isnt very famous but she doses amazing work with chocolate. She owns a little store in Greenlands capital caled 'This magic from Heaven' so tasty go and try it.
Emeril Lagasse is famous for his cajun-style southern cooking, and Paula Deen, along with her son Bobby are famous for the more traditional fried style southern cooking.
Currently there are several famous chefs. With the popularity of food tv channels these days any chef that has a tv show is famous. Some examples are Eric Ripert, Anthony Bourdain and Jamie Oliver.

Some famous Welsh writers include Dylan Thomas, Roald Dahl, and Ken Follett. Dylan Thomas is known for his poetry and playwriting, Roald Dahl is famous for his children's books, and Ken Follett is a popular historical fiction writer.
