Do you really trust the child-minder? If I were you, I'd do some deep extensive background checks into your child-minder. The child-minding business is easily abused by paedophiles and sex-traffickers. Hiring a nanny from a trusted company, preferably a government authority, is better than a child minder. Or even better still, have a member of your family look after the child. I really can't understand why a parent would leave their child for a month though. Sounds like a case of child neglect to me.
A baby minder is a person whose job it is to take care of a baby or young child in the absence of the baby's parents.
minder (plural minders) = One who minds, tends, or watches something such as a child, a machine, or cattle; a keeper
When hiring a baby minder, parents should look for qualities such as experience with childcare, CPR and first aid certification, background checks, good communication skills, and references from previous clients. These qualities can help ensure the safety and well-being of their child.

Music lessons in childhood help build skills that can last a lifetime. A good website which has valuable resources that would be relevant to your question is pianoeducation.org.
When hiring a child adoption lawyer, key factors to consider include their experience in adoption law, knowledge of relevant state laws and regulations, reputation for ethical practice, communication skills, and ability to advocate for the best interests of the child.
The qualifications a couple needs for adopting a child are fincancial security, a blank criminal record, a test if they are ready to raise a child. They normally also do a background check of the couple.
