What are the strengths and weaknesses of an ECE graduate?

a weakness does not have to be as an ECE but simply as a human. if you say you have no weaknesses it is worse than admiting being a strict and mean person. if your posture and voice are confident but you admit having faults you will be more respected. strenght comes in many forms not only with children but co-workers and parents as well. communication is a good example to branch off from, just remember to be specific and confident, you cannot simply state that your strenght is communication, tell about relations with staff and parents as well. dont talk in monotone, use expressions, make even the dullest things brighter and fun. show passion but not overly, make sure to stay prefessional.
