You would first need to take the Pre-Med classes, graduate from college and the be accepted into medical school. All classes taken to get into med school are the same no matter what specialty you are choosing. Pre Med courses generally are 1 year Biology, 1 year of inorganic chemistry, 1 year of organic chemistry, calculus , English and 1 year of physics. Check with your advisor to make sure nothing has changed or been added. Your classes are the same in Med School for all specialties until your 4th yr. In your 4th year elective rotations are taken and this is the year you need to apply to Radiology residency programs. Once accepted the radiology residency program generally last 4-5 yrs. After that you pass your boards and enjoy your career.
