What is better a BTEC or a Diplomia?

It depends on your specific goals and circumstances. BTECs are vocational qualifications that are recognized by employers and can provide practical skills for specific industries. Diplomas, on the other hand, are academic qualifications that can be more general and versatile. Consider your career aspirations and the requirements of your desired field before deciding which qualification is better for you.

Is engineering a btec or a gcse?

In my school it's a BTEC. If it doesn't say BTEC before it, it will probably be GCSE in your school. But if it's BTEC, you will get 2 GCSE's instead of 1.

Is a BTEC National diploma in childcare accepted to do a midwifery degree?

I think it really will depend upon your other qualifications. I am fairly sure the BTEC diploma is equivalent of A level. However, only relevant BTEC National Diplomas are accepted, and some universities may not accept childcare because it is not related. To check, contact the universities you are hoping to apply to. To study midwifery, you will need a minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade C or above in Maths, English and a Science. You will also need 2 A level equivalents.
