Employees are not required to wear clothing from Abercrombie & Fitch. You DO have to wear clothes similar to that of the current fashion season (lately it's been plaid) and the similar fit of A&F. This way, if a customer asks where you got what you're wearing, you can point them to clothes in the store that look similar. you also are required to wear jeans without the stitching of competitors, and either Converses or grey,blue, white, or leather flip flops. You Also get seasonal 50% discounts on select merch, and 30% year round. Plus, you can find great deals in the stockroom on clearance that you can wear to work, i.e. last season's plaids.
