For example: if the job is driving you will want to provide evidence of skills such as:

safety conscious, passenger care, navigation skills, good time management, decision maker (if there is an accident up ahead, you need to be able to show initiative and work out an alternative route).

If it was a job in retail then you would want to show skills such as customer care, good timekeeping, adaptability, flexibility (you may be serving customers one minute then cleaning up the store the next), loyal, honesty etc
