0.75 expressed as a fraction is 3/4 (Three quarters). So when applied to time, this would be either 45 mins/seconds depending upon the quantity of time being expressed as a decimal.

To convert a decimal time into minutes/seconds, simply multiply the decimal by 0.6 (e.g, 0.75 * 0.6 = 0.45 or 45 mins/seconds)
