The short answer is a college degree, then medical school.
To become a gynecologist you need to graduate from medial school and then do a gynecology residency.
I think that my responsibilities as a gynecologist are to take care of woman.
Yes, there are many gynecologists that are men.
A gynecologist may also be referred to as a GYN or, if they take care of pregnant women, OBGYN.
One can be either an Obstetrician or a Gynecologist ......or both.
You need to decide whatmedical college you want to attend, and ask for a degree plan which will list the classes you need to take for your degree. Good Luck
To become a gynecologist, you would need to study medicine and complete a medical degree (MD or DO). After medical school, you would need to complete a residency program in obstetrics and gynecology to specialize in this field. Additionally, obtaining board certification by passing the relevant exams is necessary to practice as a gynecologist.
four years of college,4 more years of med school and 2 years of residency with a total of 10 years. gud luck
an OBGYN needs to attend medical school and get a residency in Gynecology.
I would recomend taking all of the heath classes the school offers, Biology, and sex ed.
You only have to go 4 years
If you want to study to be an obstetrician or gynecologist: you should be taking high level science and math courses. To be an ob/gyn you might have to take higher math and science classes. maybe like chemistry:)
