for me it will attract when the company is already stable and earning a lot. for me as an employee i want to work with a company that doesnt delayed the salary when it's already pay day has transparancy and the staff are good and friendly. a company may attract if they have care to their employees and the benefits are good.

This is one of those interview questions that people sometimes find difficult to answer. This is mainly because they are not quite sure what might be a good answer. For example saying 'it's because it's the only interview I could get' is unlikely to help you get the job.

The key here is to make sure you have done your research on the company and ideally spoken for someone that works there. Good answers which show your ambition and motivation would include

• the culture of the company is one I relate to well
• there are career development opportunities becuase of your growth plans
• your training and development programmes are highly rated
• your brands are known as the best in the market
