I work the 2 2 3 shift.. What it is for example is this ..I work 7 out of 14 days.. ON PAPER ..WHAT REALLY HAPPENS IS:
work sat sun, mon
off tues, wed
work thurs, fri
off sat sun, mon
then this repeats......KINDA NOT
For the most part it is good until they (the company example Coca Cola) works you on your off days then these 12 hr shifts get very old.. Also, at one time they said well if you work 7 in a row then the seventh is paid at double time.. This worked well but then Coca Cola came back and changed the policy to "no this is only from Monday to Sunday pay period" so now they work you 13 days straight ....! So much for family lol.....
