When I worked there I was on part-time at £5.73/h, which is minimum wage. Hours went up as the store got busier closer to Christmas. You also get a healthy employee discount on the products (excluding gift boxes).
(The wage is now about £6.35, it's 25p above minimum wage for all employees and higher for london)
