Catholic seminaries are required to give an evaluation to each student at the end of each and every semester. The evaluation was a report drawn from all the religious faculty, put into a report which is read to the seminarian by the Rector, and contains a vote by the faculty members on whether the student should remain in the seminary or be terminated as a student.
A place where men are trained to become priests is called a "seminary". To go to the seminary, a man must be sponsored by a Diocese or a religious order.
