The Employee Discount for HollisterCo. is 20% off full price merch. Starting this year, we now receive discounts at all of our brands: 30% at Abercrombie & Fitch, abercrombie, and Gilly Hicks. At the beginning of each fashion season, we receive "Triple AAA's", which is 50% select new merchandise (good on 2 tops, 1 bottom + flip flops for new hires) Triple AAA's are the company's way of promoting the newest fashion trends and gear on our models, since they dont advertise elsewhere.

Ignore what they said, Hollister employeses get 20% off all regular priced items in their home store. At different times throughout the year, usually when new lines are introduced such as when the winter apparel and the spring apparel are stocked, employees get a "AAA discount" which is a higher percentage discount usually around 40 to 50% off a certain amount of items off of a select list.
