You can get a job at ten i will tell you how. If someone in your family owns a shop then you might be able to help out there and get some cash. All you can really do at the age of ten is:
lemonade stand
garage boot sale
chores in the house
paper routes
washing peoples cars
sell old dvds

and cds

sell teddies that are lying about the house, unused

There might be some girls that need money for the family, NOT from the family.
If you happen to be one, then you should go around the neighborhood asking if anyone needs help. Babysitting could work too. If you're a genius, maybe the kid next door is bummed on math! (if you didn't get that, TUTORING!) Try to find a job that doesn't include your mom paying you (or your dad)

it is really hard to say as i am 10 and i can't really find any job, let alone the best. though...

1. some suburbs need advertising broshure ppl, you know, who go around the houses putting broshures in the letter boxes.(your parents can help you get in contact with the ppl using, most likely, the internet)
2. if u have any conections with relatives or close family friends that own non-formal shops, eg. newsagent, cafe, art and craft store, book store.....or something you could ask whether you should help (of course, you would have to be good at maths).
3. honestly, i know you asked for jobs though i think u were just looking for the money so i am adding this in which is every weekend you could do a little stall and each time something different eg. cake one week, next week lollies, then herbs from your garden....
4. you could put up posters that u and ur friends are doing a carwash each weekend for very cheap amount of money and maybe put 'first customer gets a free something' and the free something could be like a lolly, or another car wash later or something....
