Work values are different for everyone I think. I think if you ask 100 people you might have 50 different answers as to what GOOD work values are.

I have been an employer and an employee and have found that although the values are similar, they do change.

What I would consider Good work values, generically, are things like honesty, punctuality, willingness to learn, availability, dedication and loyality.
