Most people think toooo far in the future with regards to their careers. What is more reasonable is to focus on the next 2-3 years. What is realistic in that timeframe and what can you personally do to move your career along. Example training, courses etc.

There are so many jobs that exist today that didn't exist 10 years ago, so its really hard to focus too far in the future.

Think about creating your personal brand for right now.
