Most people think toooo far in the future with regards to their careers. What is more reasonable is to focus on the next 2-3 years. What is realistic in that timeframe and what can you personally do to move your career along. Example training, courses etc.
There are so many jobs that exist today that didn't exist 10 years ago, so its really hard to focus too far in the future.
Think about creating your personal brand for right now.
It is recommended to start working on your long-term career goals as early as possible, ideally during high school or college. This allows you to plan and take steps towards achieving your desired career path.
Obviously my sort term career plans is to get the first good position in this organization and then the position i will achieve i will try to have that with me for a long time then it will be my long term career .
