I don't think that most recruiters really care what makes you nervous. They really want to know if you will answer the question honestly. It's a BS question, in my opinion. You could tell them "nothing makes me nervous", but they'll know that's bull. I think I'd tell them that driving on the freeway during rush hour makes me nervous.
