There are a number of responsibilities for one that is working in operational management. Some of these responsibilities would include supervising and managing the operations team. The position would also involve project management and working with clients.

Good chemistry between team members will accelerate the pace of the project, and the Project Manager won't have to spend a lot of time working on handling inter-team conflicts.When the team is not cohesive, then conflicts will be part of everybody's life, this will decrease productivity, and team members will feel less interested in finishing the project.
