Reverse it over the face of the mask.
To stow a protective mask, hold it in one hand so the hood is hanging free. With your other hand, fold the hanging-down part of the hood against the side of the mask. Then bring the harness around the side of the mask. Grasp hood, harness and mask all together in your hand, open the mask case and stick it in with the lenses pointed toward the back of the case. (Do it a couple of times and it becomes second nature.) What you do NOT want to do is to spread apart the sides of the mask and shove the harness in there--that will slow you down when you need to don the mask, and getting slowed down when putting on a protective mask could kill you.

To effectively use an exercise harness to improve your workout routine, make sure to adjust the harness to fit securely and comfortably. Use proper form and technique when performing exercises with the harness to target specific muscle groups. Gradually increase the intensity and resistance of the exercises to challenge your muscles and promote strength and endurance gains. Consistency and proper rest are also important for maximizing the benefits of using an exercise harness in your workout routine.
To remove the mask from the carrier, establish a seal, and tighten the head harness, no more than nine seconds. For testing purposes (such as EIB), pulling the hood down over your neck and securing it will be completed along with getting into the remainder of your MOPP gear.
