SLANDER
The word that means "to say something that is untrue" is "lie".
It means that someone is forcing something in/over your mouth to stop you from speaking/crying out.

To speak about something as if it was false.
To lie means to intentionally give false information while deceiving means to mislead or trick someone into believing something that is not true. Both actions involve causing someone to believe something that is not accurate.
Yanking your chain,' means to insult someone in a teasing manner, perhaps convincing them of something untrue. This is also called 'pulling your leg.'
Remonstrate means to call someone out for something they are doing wrong. In other words, to not let someone do something wrong without speaking to them about it and telling them that they are doing wrong.

Mechanically speaking, caring can be defined as to handle or manage something. But caring actually means to feel for someone or something. To show your concern for them. To care for someone is to treat them as your own and, even better than you can possibly treat yourself.
