If you were terminated for cause, meaning that you were terminated for wrongdoing, you would not reference this on your resume. This is something that would invariably come up during the interview process. Your resume and cover letter should be designed to promote your positive achievements and attributes. You want to get to the interview; so you would leave this off as it is better explained in person when you have an opportunity to share with someone that you made an error in judgment, have since learned from your mistake, and are ready, able, and prepared to commit yourself to a new role and provide value to a potential employer.
An employer cannot say you were terminated, but they can say you are not eligible for rehire. Texas is an 'at will' state and can fire you for any reason.
You can say either cell phone or mobile phone on a resume. Either will be acceptable and will be understood by the reader.
Answer If you were wrongly terminated from a job and can prove it, I'd bring it up in your interview, but if you can't prove it, and you can avoid putting it in your resume, don't waste your time trying to explain it away. Just don't mention it.
Say that it wasn't the right job for you.

intoxication begins at the first sip of alcohol
If you mean other than by alcohol, then yes. You are considered intoxicated if you are under the influence of any chemical substance. If under the influence of drugs such as heroin, meth, or any other drugs, legal or otherwise, you are considered intoxicated, though it's common practice to use 'intoxicated' to only describe those under the influence of alcohol.
Adolphe Combe has written: 'L'auto-intoxication intestinale' -- subject(s): Toxicology, Intestinal Diseases, Auto-intoxication 'Intestinal auto-intoxication' -- subject(s): Accessible book, Intestinal Diseases, Auto-intoxication 'L'auto-intoxication intestinale' -- subject(s): Toxicology, Intestinal Diseases, Auto-intoxication
What I would do is write the job, but not say anything about demotion or why you were... and don't put the boss of the previous company as a referrer on your resume.
After me telling him I was hurt,he said that he had to let me go. He claim not to believe me.
