What will happen if you sneeze right after a nose job?

well if you've only had one rhinoplasty you might have to get another one depending on how hard you get hit. if it breaks your nose you have get it fixed if you don't like the big bump it will probably give you. if you've had alot of rhinoplasties it could cave your nose in and you could pretty much be Micheal Jackson

It is strongly suggested that you sneeze with your mouth very wide open, making the sneeze more like a big cough. If your doctor put packing into your nostrils, sneezing normally could do harm.

Your question is a bit general, but if you mean what bad things can happen. Well the most common "terrible" thing is an infection. It happened to my friend so she was swollen weeks after mine had healed. She also had a constant drip which was not pleasant at all. Of course an infection should not occur if you take every last antibiotic your doctor gives you after your operation. Other things that could happen are bumping your nose too hard while you are still healing. This can be avoided if you are careful, avoid water on your nose, keep your head elevated while sleeping and somehow secure in one place (u-pillow) and not touch your cast! You can also damage/yank out your stitches if you mess with your boogers/dried blood while healing. This typically isn't a problem if you don't touch your nose. Let your doctor deal with the cleaning process up to three weeks, unless they tell you something different. You should let them vacuum it out when you go for cleanings and don't stick your dirty or clean fingers in your nose while your stitches are healing or hanging around. Rhinoplasty takes time, so let your body do it's thing. Hope that helped!
