Well MAT feb 2009 forms r avaible in bank of borada at select branches only....
in Mumbai they r at borivali and masjid bandar...u can also make a DD of 790 in favour of AIMA-CMS and seld it to delhi to get the form and prospectus...call up aima though to make sure of the name for the DD....
i called them up today and they said that forms will be avaible online within 7 days i.e from 6 Jan or so....
last date of receipt of forms is 14th Jan 2009
