Why was Steve Jobs so successful?

He started Apple Computers and founded the MAC, iPod, iPhone, iPad, Newton etc, things we use daily and take for granted. All of his genius has contributed to the world we know today the technology we use, many products have been based on Apple products and have been very successful. Steve Jobs was also on the board for Pixar and created NeXT.

I can think of these things just off the top of my head:...

1. The first commercial Personal Computer (The Apple 2E). It brought affordable computers into people's houses!

2. The first graphical interface with a MOUSE! Macintosh

3. Typography on the computer. He founded FONTS!!

4. The laser printer

5. The first internet server was a NeXT computer

6. He founded PIXAR, the first 3d animated film was Toy Story

7. He revolutionized the way the music industry works by iTunes

8. The invention of the most successful music, phone, and media devices (Ipod, Iphone, Ipad etc.)

I'm sure there is a lot more...but basically ALL modern technology stems from this great man's ideas.
