An example of intermittent production would be when a person works making custom settings for engagement rings. He or she does the work as customers come in the shop and request it. It is not work that is done on a continuous basis.
Think of this type of person as a two-faced person. That's because these "agents" pretended to work for one country (Germany, for example), but was actually collecting data and observing things and turning around and delivering the information to another country (The US, for example).
A risk factor is any trait, behavior, or condition that increases a person's chance of getting injured or getting a disease. For example, smoking is a risk factor because it increases a person's chance of getting lung cancer and Heart disease.
To determine who is involved in the production of a service, we need to identify roles that directly contribute to delivering that service. Therefore, the person who actively engages with clients and delivers the service is the one involved in its production.

There are four different purposes to delivering a speech. You could be educating the audience on a topic, persuading them, introduce a topic or person, or entertain the audience.
Invective- Abusive/rude/ etc. Somebody delivering abuse makes them feel like they can over power you, or else they're just taking out all thier anger out on you.
