The vehicle will be towed to the towing lot of the towing company that picks it up. you will need to check with the parking lot attendant or store to see who got it. If it was left on the side of the road you will need to check with the highway patrol or county police, they would be able to tell you.
No.
Have the police tow the vehicle. If it's on your property, you have that right. They should have offered to do it. Put up a sign that states that vehicles will be towed at owners expense... then have the vehicle towed.
The law for unauthorized parking will depend on the city and state laws. In most places, vehicles that park in unauthorized parking spots will have their vehicle towed.
The rules and procedures for towing vehicles from the apartment complex typically involve displaying proper parking permits, following designated parking areas, and adhering to time limits. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
According to the 2006 Jeep Liberty Owners manual a two wheel drive Liberty CANNOT BE TOWED!
September 10 2012 I went in to buy a new 2013 Malibu and was told that originally GM said in the owners manual that it could be towed and then discovered that it could not be towed and had to add an insert into the owners manual stating that it could not be towed. A week later I discovered that it appears that there are two transmissions available and now I wonder if one of them is towable.
Certainly, if you do not have permission. It is not public land it belongs to the owners.
Yep. If it is parked on the street for any period of time and the city knows the vehicle isn't registered, it can be towed and impounded at your expense. If it is a junker, let them have it. Then make them angry by reporting it stolen....LOL!

2008 and newer Chevy Equinox Sport models only can be towed flat behind a motorhome. Both the Sport FWD and the Sport AWD can be dinghy towed according to my owners manual. 2008 Equinox Sport AWD
The owners manual said that the car is only supposed to be towed flat, given that its an automatic transmission. The manual is not to be towed flat or used to tow anything. Hope that helps
The towing company (contractor) is responsible for any damage it causes while removing a car from a public street, and the municipality may have liability if it has its own employees tow vehicles, rather than a contractor. You may also find a sign on private property that says, "Unauthorized vehicles towed at owner's risk and expense." Oddly enough, this means what it says, and you have "assumed the risk" of damage and agreed to pay the reasonable expenses of towing (and storage) when you trespassed on such a parking spot.
