An aggressive driver is known as a person who gets into a vehicle and takes out their frustration out on anyone they can. They have high levels of frustration and when they take it out on other people they have few or no concern for them. They run through stop lights, stop signs, use hand gestures, tail gate people, weave in and out of traffic, speed, honk, scream, and flash their lights at other vehicle drivers.
It's recommended to just move out of their way and let them continue on, not to make eye contact, wear your seat belt, ignore gestures they make to you, and to report them by getting their license plate number, vehicle description, location, where they're driving to, and description of the person driving.
