If this is a question from the Introduction to Business workbook then in the textbook it says, "Unethical business practices (aren't only ILLEGAL) but also are bad for business." I'm guessing it includes all of them since it doesn't say most, some, a few, etc.

What is the relationship between illegal behaviors of business and unethical behaviors of business?

Illegal behaviors in business refer to actions that violate laws or regulations, such as fraud or embezzlement, while unethical behaviors encompass actions that may not be illegal but are morally questionable, such as misleading advertising or exploitation of workers. Although not all unethical behaviors are illegal, illegal actions are inherently unethical as they disregard legal standards. Both types of behavior can harm a company's reputation, lead to financial penalties, and erode trust among stakeholders.
