Actually a gang is considered a group of people no more then 4 in a group. They can have the same religion,favorite colors or be part of the same clique. It doesn't matter. As long as one of those 3 are in play and there is 4 people hanging out in a group they are considered a gang. So therefore juggalos are legally considered a gang but are non-violent unless we are assaulted. Most of us just relax and hang out with people.
