In Kentucky, it is generally illegal to have red lights visible from the front of a vehicle, as red lights are typically reserved for emergency vehicles. The state's vehicle lighting laws prohibit the use of red lights on non-emergency vehicles, except for specific exceptions such as certain types of vehicles that may have them for safety purposes. Always check local regulations for any specific nuances or changes in the law.
