in some cities they are, but in other cities they're not.

some places allow strippers but no alcohol -- how boring!

>>>>> actually stripping isn't illegal at all. They have to have a license to do it in any state that they work in. They also have to go to the sheriffs office and get finger printed. Some states do allow 16-18 to dance, most don't.

In Arizona you have to be 18+ to work in a nude club, no alcohol. 19+ to work in a topless club with alcohol. Depending on the zoning a license can cost from 35$ to 250$. Plus you have to get finger printed and a background check. If you don't pass you don't get a license and nobody will hire you. Same in Vegas. Same in California

So no stripping is not illegal, Prostitution is [except outside the city lines of Las Vegas]
