It depends on the court. In most cases, appellate courts are open to the public. However, in some cases, children or certain spectators are prohibited from entering the court.
Additional: If the question is referring to a Family Court poroceeding wherein the parents are engaged in either a divorce or custody action - it is very unlikely that the judge would allow the minor children to attend a potentially adversarial hearing between their parents.
First time father has intercourse with you.
nope
I wish to be buried in the same grave as my father is this allowed
If your birth father allowed your step father to adopt you, you do not have rights to your birth father's estate where I am sitting; however, 10 feet behind me you do. See a lawyer.
they fear it, because they are afraid that if they get pregnant then the baby's father will walk out on them especially if they are teenagers.
Allowed**
Anne had a good relationship with her father, occasionally strained by the typical "wanting to grow up too fast" complaints most kids her age would have when not allowed to do something. She and her father were very similar in a lot of ways - and both of them realized that.
Teens should not do drugs to forget about problems. They should talk about their problems with someone they trust. Also teen girls should not have sex with out thinking about their future. If a teen decides to have sex and gets pregnet she and the father should take responsibility to take care of the baby. Their are many things teens shouldn't do but the most important one in my opinon is that teens shouldn't drink and drive because it can injure or kill not only the teen but also many other people. Y is it always girls shouldn't have sex why not guys to?
no there aren't. technically pre-teens and teenagers are better off in the custody of their mother since the mother is the main parent in a kid's life. not to say that the father is not important. just that only if there's something wrong with the mother (ie drugs, alcohol, mental disability) should the father take custody. if they think they are sure
Teenagers who are found guilty of serious crimes can go to jail.
Yes some teens do, but some teens don't. It depends if the young woman and young man love each other or if they are minors. If too young the pregnant young woman will hopefully be allowed to stay home with her baby until she gives birth, continue her education and raise her child. The young father (if a decent young man) should be allowed to have visitation rights of the baby.
Do something nice for him or get him a gift anyway.
