Are there really aliens from outer space?

Definitely, from a theoretical point of view. There are 100 billion stars in our galaxy alone, the idea that our sun is the only one that has life is illogical. That said, I don't have any solid evidence for you, just logic and rumors.

Their is neither evidence to support or oppose the existence of alien spaceships. There has been evidence that many of the so called UFOs are actually identifiable aircraft of Terran origin.
