Carl Sandburg attended a one-room schoolhouse in Monmouth, Illinois as a child.
No, typically a minor cannot book a hotel room as they are not legally allowed to enter into contracts. A parent or guardian would need to book the room on their behalf.
Go the the school you wish them to attend and talk with the principle. If they have room, they may allow the student to opt in.
You will need someone to watch the child outside of the court room though because this would not be suitable for a young child to hear.
No, a hotel cannot legally give away your room reservation without your consent.
If the child is still living in their parents house - yes. If the child is living in their own place - no. Whilst the child is living with their parents - the parents are legally responsible for the child's education costs. A college education is not a mandatory parental responsibility like room and board and primary and secondary (high school) education. Therefore parents are not legally required to sponsor a child's college education. Parents are legally responsible for college education costs only if they were involved in the college enrollment and signed forms committing themselves to be responsible for the college tuition and other costs.

I cannot imagine that this country has fallen to the point that the law can force a parent to provide a separate bedroom for each child, unless the child is a foster child or another ward of the state. I grew up in a 2 bedroom house with 5 of us kids and my parents were not breaking any laws.
Of course it is and if your a guy how are you supposed to give milk to it? For a child you need a bed, a whole new room and tiny toilet, some child toys and even more.
Parents are not legally obligated to ever help with college expenses anywhere. Added: If you signed some type of contract obligating you to pay for tuition and room & board, etc, you are obligated until the expiration date of that contract. If no contract was signed, you are not legally obligated to pay anything for your child after they attain their 18th birthday, and they legally become an adult.
In 20 years, I've never seen a requirement as most non-parents paying child support are struggling to even have a place to live.
It depends, but a very basic answer is, yes, as long as the child legally possesses the gun. Federal law allows people under certain ages to possess guns under some circumstances. Some states, however, may have laws prohibiting it.
