I don't believe it is age based but you have to be able to completely prove you are solely capable of supporting yourself. But don't jump the gun. Even though i can imagine why, it will only make things harder for you. If your home life isn't that bad then maybe consider staying even if it's 4 years you have left.
TO be emancipated you need to be able to act and function as an adult. You need income, insurance, housing, etc. and it is most unlikely that any 13 year old could. It is much more likely that a 13 year old wishing to leave home would be made a ward of the court and placed in foster care.
I don't think a 13 year old can. I mean... child labor laws don't allow it.

At 13 you cannot get emancipated. Those states that allow it require you to be 16 and able to support yourself with no help.
no not at all
The legal age to babysit a toddler in California is 13 years old. The 13 year old needs to be able to take care of all of the toddlers needs.
To get emancipated, a 13-year-old would need to prove to the court that they can financially support themselves, make mature decisions, and live independently. They would need to file a petition with the court, attend a hearing, and demonstrate their ability to handle responsibilities typically managed by parents or guardians. Emancipation laws vary by state, so it's important to research and follow the specific requirements in the state where the minor resides.
not recommended, but its is legal on private property.
No. You can choose when you are 18.

At age 13 it is very doubtful. The laws vary and many states do not have emancipation statutes. Those that do require the minor to be at least 16. California allows someone as young as 12 to be emancipated, but they have to be able to support themselves.
