Can a 16 year old choose who to live with in INDIANA?

If there is a divorce between the parents , the divorce decree would say with who the girl should live with , as the judge would have asked her privately while doing the case, so the judge will decide.

Research the Laws for your state. usually if a child is removed it has to be a reason.... but if you are the 15 year old dont burn your bridges, you never know what can happend in the future that may cause you to have to move back in with mom so tread lightly. the father can sue for sole custody.
