What national league baseball team will play in the American league next year?

Houston Astros

Can you play aau and legion baseball the same year?

Yes. But you need to be dual roster and noted as such on your AL team's roster. Also you must commit to your legion team through your league playoffs and advancement. If you miss an AL game in a postseason tournament (District, Regional, State on up) to attend an AAU game or showcase, you no longer have AL eligibility.

Is the level of talent in the Massachusetts Lou Tompkins league on par with AAU?

Lou Tompkins is a more competative league than AAU and a more enjoyable one too. The senior league has around 10 DI scouts and is a good competative year for players wanting to play college ball. Don't look up there ^^^^ First of all AAU is way more competative than Lou Tompkins, second no way are their 10 D1 scouts BS, why would they ever go to Lou Tompkins when legion is where most of the High School Varsity goes to if they want to play in college. I have played Lou tompkins for three years and this year will be my fourth and last year if they do not up the age level again. It would be nice if they had an 18 plus level. However, I do not recall scouts watching any of the game, however there may be someone out there watching if you make the tournament of champions, it is like that everywhere you just never know. But the level of competition in the senior league that range from 16-19 year olds are under rated. Sure there are some teams that are not to good and have alot of kids on the younger side towards 16, but there are teams out there who have 19th year olds on their team who play college ball like me and our really talented. For instance the South End is one example of a team who could easily beat a D 3 college team, their coaching staff and players just have the talent and ability. Half the kids on that team probably play or are going to play in college. There are alot of teams who have kids who play at the college level since they uped the age to 19th two years back and it is a good league for someone looking to play summer baseball. The top 5 teams in the senior division could easily give a legion team a game. And as I said above the better teams can give an average D 3 Team a game. And some citys who play in this league do not have legion so their best kids play on their LTA Team. Sure legion has the "name" and more people know about it, but if you put some of the best teams in lta against them, they could easily give them a game, and lta's age limit i think is a year older than what legion goes too.
