Not without her parents permission. Simply being pregnant/having a child does not make one emancipated. As a matter of fact, in Oklahoma you can't even ask the court for an order of emancipation. Not every state has emancipation laws, and OK is one that doesn't. OK considers anyone under the age of 18 to be a minor. That means your parents have the authority to decide where you can/can't live. If you leave home without their permission then they can have you picked up by the authorities

The minor female has the same rights to her child as does an adult unless a court rules otherwise. She cannot be forced to have an abortion, place the child for adoption or in relinquish her parental rights. She has the right to make medical decisions for herself and her child. well you have the right to raise your child. ad depending on the age of the father you have a right to have his help is raising the child, may it be child support or him actually being there. no one can make you give up your baby, but if you dont want the baby you have to have you parents permission to abort it.
