Not without her parents permission. Simply being pregnant/having a child does not make one emancipated. As a matter of fact, in Oklahoma you can't even ask the court for an order of emancipation. Not every state has emancipation laws, and OK is one that doesn't. OK considers anyone under the age of 18 to be a minor. That means your parents have the authority to decide where you can/can't live. If you leave home without their permission then they can have you picked up by the authorities
