Most certainly yes, however it doesn't matter unless your state says that you are technically under the influence if you have any trace amounts in your system, but most likely it doesn't matter as you're off probation and you aren't violating it.
If you fail an employer-required urine test, the employer may do whatever they wish with the knowledge of the results, including notifying your PO.
No, but they may report such to law enforcement who can report such to your PO.
No, it really depends on your PO, their supervisor, and your track record.
Yes, but they would have to test for various hormones whose levels differed in men's and boys' urine. It's expensive, but if your PO thought you might be substituting your son's urine for your own, he might call for the test.
They can get them, but it costs a lot of money so they wont do it at least the court where i live wont ....Depend on the state, but your PO can use rapid single panel test to check for this along with the usual test and btw you can order online rapid Spice / K2 urine drug test for $20....
It really depends. Are you just doing it for employment or under probation? If for a job, I'm fairly certain no one arrests you, but you won't get the job, that's for sure! If you're under probation/parole, then the PO will take a urine sample and test you right there. If your're clean, you'll be fine. If you're dirty, they have a uniformed officer take you away right then and there.
Yes, they can. I am 18 and on probation and my PO said that if I fail another drug test she would send me to juvi. If you're on juvi probation and go to jail, you will more than likely go to juvi.
Probation is NOT a "get out of jail free" card. It IS a sentence for a crime. The conditions of your probation are whatever the judge says they will be. The PO only carries out the orders the judge issued in your particular case.
Im on parole in CT. Yes, you can ask, but depending on ur PO, he may decline ur request. Especially now during the summer, the body does not urinate as much, so saliva tests are more common this time of the year in CT. The mouth swab test is the one im usually given and far less accurate than a standard urine test.

You should not load up on water before taking a drug test. One of the things they test during a standard drug screening is the water concentration of the urine. If the urine is to high in water content they will mark it as needing a retest because the water can mask the levels of drugs in the system. Word to the wise, If you are on probation or drug treatment, your PO will become suspicious if the lab results come back as "Diluted; Retest Required".
Trying to pass a test with someone else's urine is a felony if you are on probation, at least it is in San Diego. The way it was explained to me is that if you were to test positive for something it would be used in the case against you and if you used someone else's urine you would be tampering with theoretical evidence which is a big no no. I am currently in Drug Court and I am aware that falsifying a test is forgery and will result in termination of the program and a slew of other charges added on. The laws vary from state to state and even county to county however, your best bet would be to ask a lawyer in your area since they would know the most upto date info for your county. If you ask your PO nonchalantly be prepared to be watched closely after that!
