If the convicted felon is on Parole or Probation that may create implications for and be governed by his PO, I know of no other law enforcement agency that has such a restriction.
Another View: Although there may not be a specific LAW against it, his agency rules and directives to employees probably DO prohibit such interaction.
Additionally: As a lifelong career LEO I can state that virtually EVERY law enforcement agency has rules against such interactions between their sworn personnel and persons of known criminal background.
As of July 2014, a convicted felon can not vote in the state of Massachusetts. There are 13 other states that don't allow convicted felons to date.
Yes. Many felons in Massachusetts think they've permanently lost the right to vote and much of that misconception was created in the year 2000, when a successful ballot question removed the right to vote for convicted felons while they were serving their time. But as soon as a person is released, his or her right to vote is restored.
When border patrol scans your passport, they see your personal information such as your name, date of birth, nationality, and passport number. They also see any visa or entry stamps, as well as any alerts or restrictions associated with your passport.
The answer is no because it clearly states in your condition of probation. I mean if it does not, every case is different, you can always ask your PO (parole/probation officer). the worst they can do is say no then u just do it ANYWAY HOW WILL THEY FIND OUT IF YALL DO NOT GET INTO ANY TROUBLE.

No, it is not illegal for a felon to date a person in law enforcement. In the US, a person is free to marry or date whom they want.
while there are laws restricting a felon from applying for or being hired as a property care taker or manager. the time since committing their last felony is the key here. If it has been more than 10 years since release date from prison, it is not against the law to hire a felon of any type. It is up to the owner of the property to make the determination if they want to deal with tenants illegal prejudices against the felon.

If you were not convicted, then you can still purchase a gun. Even if you had been convicted of a misdemeanor, you could still purchase a gun, but not for a felony. I should know, I just spent 18 months and $20,000 fighting charges of aggravated assault and commission of a felony with a firearm. I won.
